Fallout 3 GOTY with game pass will not launch.

It's not a hardware issue, it's about software. The game only uses 5% of my PCs potential.

Just for curiosity sake, what is the set up you're running? Processor, RAM, graphics card, etc

I have the samme issue. I am on Windows 11, and have a very powerful computer and fast internet. Have only experienced this issue with this game.

Hello, I appreciate your fast response. None of these methods have worked sadly, I have even reinstalled fallout 3 but to no avail. Are there any other methods you might know of that could fix my issue?

Same issue, running stupid windows 11, the issue is its not compatible, since it's a game pass you can't simply go to properties and set it to load as windows 7 and run as administrator everytime basically screwed.
