Fallout 3 goty gamepass lacking the dlc

I've installed fallout 3 goty via gamepass and it's the only pc version that I've gotten to work, being the goty edition it's supposed to include all the dlc (the description on gamepass even says so) however none of the dlc is anywhere to be found (i.e. no brotherhood outcast radio signal for operation anchorage and no continuing after the final mission for broken steel)

Hi there Bacon welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Have you tried downloading the DLC from the store? Sometimes having the GOTY editions unluck the DLC for free!

Only use the DLC disc trust me I have the fallout 3 goty and oblivion goty and I have to only use the dlc disc

Oblivion, Fallout 3 & ME2 all have GotY editions with the DLC for MUCH cheaper.

Yeah. It's the same for Fallout 3: GOTY and Oblivion: GOTY. The 2nd disc is usually the best option, as the 1st disc doesn't load the DLC w/ the game.

Unfortunately though, once you install the DLC it won't show as purchased in the Xbox store. The licenses for the DLC are on the disc itself.

Are you talking about using the GOTY DLC disc of fallout 3 with the GOD fallout 3? if yes, then there should be no problem unless Bethesda or Microsoft did something to it and didn't bother in telling any one about it.
