Fallout 3 game code not working (issued with purchase of Fallout 4)

Hi

can anyone help me please?

I contacted Microsoft who advised me to post this issue here as it is a game region matter and the developers of the game will need to help me/ issue another code for fallout 3.

whislt I understand that this is can be a game region matter (US/UK) I think it is pretty poor by both Microsoft and Bethesda, as I have been playing and purchasing a number of games over the last 12 months with no issues whatsoever.

any help will be much appreciated.

Date of Purchase: November 12, 2015

Issue: The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.



I was so focused on playing Fallout 4 that I forgot to use the code provided in my messages to download Fallout 3, and the message since has expired and disappeared. Can someone retrieve the code that I was previously issued?

Sounds like the trouble may be related to the region of your account and your physical region. Cross-region accounts aren't supported. You'll need to make sure the region of your account matches your physical region with

the steps here. If you're still having trouble with your region

I have contacted Microsoft help and they advised me to post my issue here, in the forums.

I have tried changing region etc and I still can't redeem the code.

Microsoft support advised me that a new code will need to be issued, by someone from the developers side, and this will only happen if I post here.

Can you please advise?

Apologies for any confusion but I'm afraid we aren't able to offer replacement codes. When did you last reach out to phone support? What region are you currently located in? If the region of your account is currently set to a different region than that locale
then you may run into trouble redeeming the code.

For example if you were located in the UK and your account was set to the US you would need to migrate the region of your account to the UK in order to successfully redeem the code. Thanks for your patience.
