Fallout 3 Download Code Said was Already Used

When I bought Fallout 4 it came with a Fallout 3 download. When I tried to input the code my code had already been used. Could I have a new code or some other way of downloading Fallout 3.

If I add the code again, it says its already been used. But no Fallout 3 download.

Preordered fallout 4, no working code.

i preordered fallout 4 3 months ago, just today i got the code for fallout 3 but the code is already used

Sorry to hear about the issue! Did this code come from an Xbox One console bundle or a physical disc version of Fallout 4? If so, unfortunately we're unable to replace codes for physical versions of the game. If this is the case, I recommend reaching out
to the retailer you purchased from to see if they can offer any assistance.

I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up
anywhere on my console...

It was a code for the games itself I pre-order fallout 4 after I receive my fallout 3 code for Xbox one I try to download the gray page open and shutdown and it won't start the download I retry it and all it said it was my code a already use but I don't
