Fallout 3 download code issue.

Every time I try to use the Fallout 3 download code I got with my Fallout 4 purchase, after I put in the code and press redeem it says 'sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. Please try to redeem your code later'. But I have tried the code online and
on a different Xbox One but it just comes up with the same message. Please help!

Did not receive Fallout 3 code with Fallout 4 purchase

Purchase Date: Tuesday, September 8th, 2015

Issue: Never received code for Fallout 3

I preordered Fallout 4 on September 8th and never received a download code for Fallout 3.

Expired message with Fallout 3 code

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

Date of purchase: January 17 2016

Issue:

“The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”

After I purchased Fallout 4 on the Xbox one I later received the Fallout 3 code through a message but did not have enough space to download the game until now. When I was about to use the code and download Fallout 3, the message had expired.

Its mostly because the time to redeem the code expired. The deal expires on February 8, 2016.

Do you see an error code with the error message? What region are you in and what region is your Xbox set for. Usually issues with thise codes is because of region locking.

@Jav0r - the offer to receive the codes for digitally purchasing Fallout 4 ended on February 8, but the codes have not expired and can still be found innohysical copies.

I have the exact same problem with a redeem code for EA Access (1month).. I just bought it today but can't redeem it and i get the same error message as him

Issue:

“I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.

This seems no longer to be true.

Games purchased from other regions will play if physical disk, but any connected download codes will not work.

There are issues for example with the Gears of War 1-3 codes (included with Gears of War collection) and the Fallout 3 codes (that came with Fallout 4).
