Fallout 3 download code for Xbox One

I purchased Fallout 4 back in December and I have never received the code to redeem Fallout 3 in my account messages. Is there any way to have the code sent to me so I can redeem the game?

If you purchased a physical copy, the Fallout 3 code is generally located within the case for that game.
