Fallout 3 download code expired or disappeared

I purchased a digital copy of the bundle on the release date. A week or so later, smartglass app popped up with the code for the Fallout 3 download. I recently went to look for the message and all evidence of it ever being received are now gone. I have gone
through a call to customer service and they sent me here. HELP!

I was so focused on playing Fallout 4 that I forgot to use the code provided in my messages to download Fallout 3, and the message since has expired and disappeared. Can someone retrieve the code that I was previously issued?

Hi, I pre-odered Fallout 4 a few days before launch and I recieved a message with the code for Fallout 3 within a week. However I did'nt redeem it straight away and sadly the message with the code has since disappeared. Is there any way I could get the message
