Fallout 3 dlc not being recognized

I'm currently playing through fallout 3. I've transferred all my content from my xbox one to my xbox one x.

I've manually(with the disc) installed fallout 3, and its dlc. If I manage the game and add ons I can see that all the dlc's are there, but when I'm in game they're nowhere to be seen.

I've tried resetting the game, uninstalling then reinstalling, even moving the files to a different storage device but I still dont get a notification of them being installed when playing(there are suppose to be several pop up screens saying their activated)

Any help would be appreciated

Since you installed the DLC from the disc, you will need disc 2 in when you play the game and the DLC will work.

An update to this problem which still exists and has worsened.

I recently tried again to load all the Fallout 3 DLCs using my retail DLC disks. All the DLCs are downloaded but not recognized when Fallout 3 is launched, not even Mothership Zeta which was recognized when I originally made this post, and
Broken Steel is still downloaded in French only.

I had a similar issue with Fallout 3, that I installed the discs with the dlc on them, but the game did not recognize them. The only dlc it did recognize was Mothership Zeta, which I downloaded from Xbox Live.

The Known Experience Concerns states that the retail non-GOTY DLC discs should work if I have the digital version of Fallout 3, which I do.

"Fallout 3: You will only be able to play disc based DLC for Fallout 3 if you also own the digital version of the game. Disc based DLC includes the Broken Steel and Point Lookout disc and the Operation Anchorage and The Pitt disc. This restriction
does not apply to the Game of the Year Edition."

So in my case, it should work but does not. The DLCs are downloaded but not recognized when they should be.

I to am having the same problem i have fallout 3 before GOTY and two disks that are DLC for Fallout 3 with two add-ons on each disk. I install everything with not problems but when i but in the fallout 3 disk like i would with xbox 360 it would load the
add-ons, but with the xbox one it dont even recognize the addons but when i go to game manage it shows fallout 3 and all 4 addons on the drive.
