Fallout 3 DLC Issue

I am currently having issues with installing DLC I purchased back in the day for Fallout 3, using the old xbox points - on my 360, onto the Xbox One. I tried to look back at my purchases from that time, but because it was made with points, all I was able
to find is the purchases for said points, not what those points were used to redeem (Mothership Zeta, Broken Steel, Mothership Zeta and Point Lookout).

I know to go into the manage addons section within my games and apps, however, it is only showing "Operation Anchorage" as the available DLC to install.

I can see a lot of threads on this issue, but most that I read through seem to be originating from the DLC discs, not the online purchases.

I have game pass, and xbox live, but am using the Fallout 3 original disc.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Remove the DLC's and just insert Fallout 3. Manage Fallout 3 and install the DLC from that screen.

I have a fallout 3 problem myself. I have fallout 3 GOTY, my game disc does not read well on the one but the 360 it reads fine. the dlc disc of fallout 3 is fine and can read on the one.

Because I preordered fallout 4 I got fallout 3 game itself for download but no dlc with it so I put in the dlc disc and the console installed the dlc no problem. I run the game and check downloads and none of the dlc shows up at all not even when I load
the game but it's on my game manager as installed...

A hard reset may solve this problem. Hold down the power button until the system shuts down and unplug the power cable. Wait for 5 min and plug it back in and restart the console

Sorry to hear about the DLC troubles. Let's see what we can do.

If you have purchased this DLC, it should be showing in your Download history.
If it for some reason isn't, a call to
Phone Support would be the next step. They will be able to review your account, and help get this sorted.

So for some reason only one of the DLC is listed as being owned by me, Operation Anchorage. However, I know I originally purchased three others (Broken Steel, Mothership Zeta, and Point Lookout) on the Xbox 360 store with the points that you were able
to purchase, those do not appear as being owned by me and require me to by them, again.
