    HI,

    i pre ordered the Fallout 4 game and was expecting Fallout 3 to be available as a backwards compatable DL as part of the pre order, Have tried to DL and have had lots of trouble. Xbox support chat says i have to post on this forum asking for a new code?

    they gave me a referance - 1328582098 (from customer service live chat)

    You would need to purchase the Xbox One console bundle that includes Fallout 4, not all bundles include Fallout 4. If you purchased the Fallout 4 bundle and didn't receive a code you'll need to reach out to the retailer.
