Missing Fallout 3 pre order bonus code

Hi, I pre-ordered Fallout 4 on July 1st and received the code for Fallout 3 in a xbox live message. I was waiting to redeem the code until Fallout 3 became compatible with xb1, and i didn't realize that messages expire after 30 days. Is it possible
to get the message restored or for me to get another code?

I preordored fallout 4 received the code for fallout 3 was waiting till it was added to backwards compatibility preview as I sold my 360 when I bought my xbox one. Unfortunately the message has been automatically deleted without me redeeming the code is
there anyway of getting the code back, as I didn't realise messages got deleted automatically

I pre-ordered and purchased my copy of Fallout 4 the day it was released. When I went home, I also looked for the code within my case. There was no code. A day later, I went back to the store and asked why i didn't have a code. Game Stop said the code for
fallout 3 would be sent over my Xbox live messages. So I started playing Fallout 4 and since i was busy with fallout 4 for awhile, i never used the code. Then when I was ready to play Fallout 3, the code was gone.
