Fallout 3 crash on xbox1

    Fallout 3 crash on xbox1


    I downloaded Fallout 3 on my Xbox1 and can't make it out of the vault without it crashing. The game freezes and returns me to the dashboard within 2-5 minutes of play.

    can't get fallout 3 to play on my xbox1 although it is supposed to backward compatible. Any idea?

    Fallout 4 - Latest News

    Fallout 3 was a brilliant game, I would rate it as one of the best ever made had it not been for the many bugs and crashes, I'd love to play Fallout 4 providing it was less buggy and did not crash as much as 3 did.

    Have you tried Deleting Fallout 3 & re-downloading it?

    Did you play the game from the beginning or did you load up a save game that you kept in the cloud? The fallout games do have a tenancy to corrupt the save files sometimes.

    At what point when you are in the vault does the game crash?

    I haven't tried deleting/re-installing yet.

    I started a new game. I got to the point where I am an "adult," and get the mission to escape the vault. It's as if an invisible timer starts after talking to Amata.

    Do the DLCs matter? I just realized they didn't install when the rest of the game did.
