Fallout 3 Code

I was told by Microsoft Chat I need to make a post here.

I purchased Fallout 4 on its release from Amazon and received a code with the game for Fallout 3. I have gone to use the code and its saying it has already been redeemed by someone else. But I am the only one who has ever had this game.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your code. Unfortunately if the code has been redeemed you'll need to reach out to the retailer in regards to a replacement, we don't have any codes to offer as replacement I'm afraid.

 

I bought the game in November on release day and have passed my 28 day return policy and was told to contact Microsoft which I did and now ive been sent here

If the code was redeemed from a physical copy of the game purchased from a 3rd party retailer, you will want to reach out to that retailer to explain the issue. Unfortunately we are unable to replace codes that come from physical copies of games, only codes
that are sent through Xbox Live messages.
