I understand that you would want to have the code for the Fall Out 3 game. As per the promotion, you should have received it within 7-10 days from the date of purchase. I would suggest that you contact Xbox Support at
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

They should be able to check the dates of your purchase. If you happen to receive a code, please take note that you should redeem it on an Xbox 360 or Xbox.com to avoid errors.
