Fallout 3 code

Well it has been 2 months since I pre-orderd Fallout 4 and I still have never received my Fallout 3 code. Whats the deal?

OK so basically this is Microsoft's way of telling us they don't care about ripping us off

 

I must say I contacted Microsoft and was pleasently surprised by how great of customer service I got, just from my experience before. I have now gotten my digital copy. For some strange reason I just never got the code sent to me. I apologize for speaking
out of place. Thank you again MS customer service
