  • “The message with my Fallout 3 code was deleted before I redeemed the code.”

 

I was told by support that they can't fix this, only posting to this forum in this way can my code be sent to me.

 

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

Date of purchase: “11/09/15”

Issue:

“I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

 

So, how does this work? Does someone reply eventually? I was told by support that this is the way to get my code.

 

Seriously? I was told if I purchased Fallout 4 I would get Fallout 3. You can't just not deliver it to me. Microsoft? Hello? Customer here, anyone?
