I have still not received my Fallout 3 code. I bought Fallout 4 on 11/11/2015!

I bought it at EBGames. I have entered the code that came with the game.

 

Was the copy you bought the disc version? If so, the code will have already come inside the case. If the code you entered was the Fallout 3 code, go ahead and check your 'Ready to install list' to install.

 

Yes. I have did that. Nothing in my list.

 

If I add the code again, it says its already been used. But no Fallout 3 download.

Anything? This is a legit code. Why has this not been released to me yet? Its been over a month now!

Apologies for the delay! We were able to determine that you own this game and it should be in your 'Ready to install' list. Is your console set to the region that you're located in? To check, follow these steps:

• Scroll to the left to access 'All settings'.
• Scroll down to 'System' settings and select 'Language & location'.
• From here you can check to make sure your region is set properly on your Xbox One console. If it's set properly and you still don't see 'Fallout 3' in your 'Ready to install' section in 'My games & apps', try switching your console region from your region
  to a different region (such as United States as an example) and then set it back to the region you're located in.

Bummer, let's try removing your profile from your Xbox One console and then sign back in by following these steps:

• Navigate to the 'All Settings' screen from the Xbox One Guide.
• Under 'Account settings', select 'Remove accounts'.
• Proceed to remove your account.
• Power cycle your Xbox One console by pressing and holding the power button until it fully powers down.
  
• Power back up and add your account back by navigating to 'Add & manage' in the profile section of the Xbox One guide.
  

Be sure to try those steps exactly as they're listed and report back with how it goes!
