    Fallout 3 code


    I have yet to receive my Fallout 3 code from the my purchase of Fallout 4. I messaged xbox support on twitter and was informed to post this issue on this forum.

    Things to know: I pre purchased Fallout 4,the day before it was released (Monday November 10, 2015), through the xbox store with a code that I purchased at my local Gamestop.

    Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

    Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

    If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

    If you were never sent the code, and believe you should have received it, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand. Please also note that it can take up to 10 working days for it to be sent to you.

    Date of purchase: 11/22/2015

    Issue:

    “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
