Hi bought fallout 4 on nov 8th via my xbox one and have not recieved the promo fallout 3 code. Its been twelve days and your colleagues keep telling me they dont know whats going on. Recently had massive issues with my last purchase but c'mon microsoft,
I thought that was just one slip up, please dont make this the norm - can i have my promo code?

I was told 7-10 days. This period has now expired.
