Fallout 3 code

I preordered fallout 4 on 11/8/15 today it's the 11th day since. I have noticed one explaination given Is that the message was probably sent but deleted before seeing it. I can assure you that is not the case with me. I have checked my email and messages
every day since. Please I'd like some help.
