pre ordered fallout 4 digitaly 10 days ago and I havent recieved a code for fallout 3 :/

Firstly, please make sure you have reviewed the terms and conditions of this offer at the very bottom of this page: www.xbox.com/.../fallout-4 to make sure that you are eligible to receive a code for Fallout 4.

Secondly, it is quite possible that the message was sent to you but has since expired since all Xbox Live messages expire after 28 days.

If that is the case, a member of the Xbox Support staff will be along soon and they may be able to retrieve your code.

If you were never sent the code, it may have just been a glitch and again, Xbox Support will be along to lend a hand.

I'm sorry I am confused :/ if a message deletes after 28 days and I pre ordered it 10 days ago... Why would the message delete itself if it had been sent?

I checked the requirements otherwise it would be a bit silly for me to post in here asking for a code

It is most likely that your code hasn't been sent. As you have waited the required time as per the terms and conditions, a member of staff should be here soon to help you get your code (hopefully in the next couple of days)
