Did you purchase digitally from the Xbox Store on your Xbox One console, or did you order through a online retailer or physical retailer?

 

I I purchased it from the Xbox store and had it shipped.

 

The Xbox Store is primarily digital games. If you had the game 'shipped', this means you must have ordered a physical copy through the Microsoft Store. For physical copies of Fallout 4, the code will be inside the case. Since this is a physical copy, we're
unable to provide a code.
