Fallout 3 code wont work

Hi there i got a problems with my fallout redeem code i try to download but I think it bug because the game won't doawnload and when I retry it said my code was already use but I don't have the game on my xbox one or in my recent download so can you send
me another one because I never had it

I accedently redeemed my fallout 3 code on xbox one instead of xbox.com or 360. Now I dont have it and the code wont work. Any suggestions? Sorry for any misspelling.

Was this a code for the game itself, where did you get the code from, and where are you trying to redeem the code at? To start, please try to reset your console by holding the power button down for 10 seconds, leaving it off for 30 seconds, and then powering
it back up. If you did this successfully, you should have received the green animation screen during the boot-up process.

It was a code for the games itself I pre-order fallout 4 after I receive my fallout 3 code for Xbox one I try to download the gray page open and shutdown and it won't start the download I retry it and all it said it was my code a already use but I don't
have the game in both recent download or on my xbox one my code bugg I think

Please go to the "My games & apps" tile on your console and scroll all the way to the right under "Ready to install" and see if the game shows there to download. If it doesn't, try to search the Xbox Store for it on your console and see if it prompts you
to download it, or purchase it.

It doesn't appear in the ready to install and I can't find it in the store cause it is fallout 3 so what can I do ?

Try to search the game on the Xbox Store or here on Xbox.com and try downloading it that. Go to "Store" and select "Games" and click "Search" to try to find the game.

It don't appear one the xbox one store I retry today with the code I obtain with the preorder of fallout 4 on my xbox one and it won't work at all like I said my code dont work because of a bug when I download it so it's like a use the code but I don't send

Fallout 3 will not show as ready to install on the One yet. The code is for the 360, but the game will be available on the One when backwards compatibility is released.

 

I'm having a similar problem, I don't own an xbox 360 as I've only recently got an xbox one (was previously on ps4). I also got a code for falllout 3 with my fallout 4. As I font own a 360 I tried entering the code on xbox.com/redeemcode but it says something
went wrong and to try again, I've done this 5 or 6 times and it comes up with the same message. Why is this?

This is an annoying issue, i was looking forward to playing Fallout 3 but yet again microsoft screws up. FIX IT

 

Not just fallout either Vegas and vegas 2 from the rainbow 6 siege. Such a crap scam there microsoft. How do you get away with this! its misleading and your customer service is awful!!.
