    • Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
    • Date of purchase: I'm honestly not sure when my wife and I purchased Fallout 4, we did preorder it through the xbox store
    • Issue:
      • I have received my digital copy of fallout 4, however when I received my code to download fallout 3 I received the error code that it was a 360 game and needed to be played on that console (not backwards compatible yet). The dash board was updated and
        I've lost all my messages, including the one with the code to download fallout 3, I have Service Request # [Mod Removed] opened with chat support and they redirected me here. Please help, all I would like is my code to download fallout 3.
