    Fallout 3 code with fo4 pre order wont work


    I typed in my free code for fallout 3 that i got with my fallout 4 pre order and its not working, its keeps telling me something went wrong. When i try to type in the error code on xbox.com/errorhelp it says the error code doesnt exist

    Hello Support,

    I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and did not receive my Fallout 3 code. I did pre-order fo4 last minute (earlier on Nov 10). My account information does state that my purchase was indeed a 'pre-order.'

    Thanks for the support message.

    Have you tried to just go to the Xbox Message that you received and type select the redeem button in the message? If not, please give that a go. If you're trying to type the code in on Xbox.com, try it on the console or vise-versa.

    Have you tried to just go to the Xbox Message that you received and type select the redeem button in the message? If not, please give that a go. If you're trying to type the code in on Xbox.com, try it on the console or vise-versa.
