Fallout 3 code with fallout 4 preorder

I have not received the code for fallout 3 with my fallout 4 preorder. Like some of the other posters I have cancelled and reordered the game to try and remedy the problem. It has not worked and live support seems to be far from having an answer and ultimately
sends everyone here to post. Bathesda software responded to both my emails and phone call to appologize but said the issue was not them. That Microsoft was the sole provider of any codes generated for promotional games. Live tech support says they have
no answer other than wait. An answer to this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you have not received your Fallout 3 code yet. Remember that it does take up to 10 days for it to be sent.

Please make sure that you have checked your Xbox Live messages as that is where it is most likely to be sent to.

Otherwise, there seems to be a delay as others have reported not receiving the code either. You should receive the code soon though.
