    FALLOUT 3 CODE WILL NOT REDEEM


    Hello,

    I purchased Fallout 4 and it had a redemption key for the download of Fallout 3. When redeeming it, whether on PC or on the Xbox One, I encounter error 0x80153016. Could you please help me get my Fallout 3? I can't possibly enjoy Fallout 4 before I finish Fallout
    3 FALLOUT 3 CODE WILL NOT REDEEM :) Thank you~

    If you have an Xbox 360 try redeeming it on there.

    Or try switching regions and enter the code.

    I don't have an Xbox 360, that's why backwards compatibility exist, isn't it? I tried switching the region of my Microsoft account (is it the only way?) several times now, no change in error code when redeeming.

    Is there a way to know what region does my Fallout 3 redemption key belongs to? And where in my account do I need to change the region to match the key? A really unpleasent experience, to buy a product and not be able to use it at all.

    Hey, UrQuanPresident! That error sometimes appears when you've got your account region set to something different than your physical location. You will want to make sure that is set up appropriately so that you can redeem your code. FALLOUT 3 CODE WILL NOT REDEEM :)

    Issue:

    “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
