Fallout 3 code that I haven't received and the troubles that have come with it.

I contacted Microsoft support many of times via Twitter, a chat room, and attempted calling them in regards of my fallout 3 code that I still haven't received. This past week I've spent countless times messaging them on Twitter without receivin any feedback,
requested a chat with an agent spent about 20 minutes each time I did try to contact one and was only able to make contact with one today. Please tell me that there is a way for me to receive my code, and after a little less than 3 weeks of trying to get it
maybe that I can receive something to ease me out a little... If not I will be sure not to purchase things from the market place. Thank you for the help

I buy the game on Canadian store 4 February 2016 and this is not the first time that I have trouble with the token reception

its like has come for all the gear of war that I would have the result was the purchase of gear of war ultimate edition

Can you clarify where you purchased the game? Was this a digital purchase through the Xbox Store or was it through GameStop possibly?
