    Fallout 3 code redeem issue


    Hi Support,

    I bought a Fallout4 disc and inside it comes with a Free Fallout 3 redeem code.

    I tried using that code in my Xbox One Store, but failed to redeem.

    Its showing this error -

    Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

    I've checked with your support and he mentioned that the code is in US region and I'm in Australia so I can't use the code.
    Can you please provide me a new code for Australia region.

    Fallout 3 code redeem issue

    Since it was purchased as a physucal disc, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange. Your account region, physical location, and code all have to match in order to be able to download the game.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Is it possible that you already redeemed your Fallout 3 code? You can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.
