Fallout 3 code on Xbox One

Hello. I've purchased Fallout 4 on January 10th and received my Fallout 3 through message center. But the message is gone before I can even use it. I would appreciate any help.

Fallout 3 code was erased from my messages on last update.

On last xbox one update I lost the message containing fallout 3 code that I received for pre ordering fallout 4. I didn't redeem the code because I needed fallout 3 to be backwards compatible first. I need xbox to resend the message with the Fallout 3
code.

Just to clarify, did you purchase Fallout 4 with your N0OBLy account? When you get a chance, please check your purchase history at commerce.microsoft.com.

Did you get my Private message? If not, ill repeat it here. I could not find Fallout 4 in my order/payment history. I physically bought Fallout 4 w/ Fallout 3 from game stop. Is this a problem?

If you purchased a physical copy of the game, a code should have been included with it. I'm not quite sure how you would have received a message via Xbox Live, is it possible it was for a different game? If you didn't receive Fallout 3 from the retailer
you'll need to reach out in regards to it.

 

Are you sending me private messages as well? How do I read them? Or should i just read posts here?

I pre-ordered and purchased my copy of Fallout 4 the day it was released. When I went home, I also looked for the code within my case. There was no code. A day later, I went back to the store and asked why i didn't have a code. Game Stop said the code for
fallout 3 would be sent over my Xbox live messages. So I started playing Fallout 4 and since i was busy with fallout 4 for awhile, i never used the code. Then when I was ready to play Fallout 3, the code was gone.

Sorry to hear about any confusion that this may have caused. As Mister Maka stated above, if you purchased a physical copy of Fallout 4 from GameStop, you will need to reach out to them again for further assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide
codes for physical purchases made at GameStop.

 

Game stop told me to that the code would be sent over Xbox one. Then when I didn't have the code, they told me to talk to you.
