What exactly happens when you try to redeem your code?

 

It just says there was and error using this code try again later or check on the Xbox website

The offer you are attempting to purchase has changed since you retrieved Marketplace information. This action could not be performed at this time. Please try again later.

Hey all!

It sounds like the region is your account is set differently than your physical location. Be sure the region of your account is set to your physical locale, as cross region accounts aren't supported and cause trouble like this. Let us know how it goes!
