Fallout 3 Code not working

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

Date of purchase: “[21/12/2015]”

Issue: “I get error code [ 0x80150017] when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.”

I just purchase this new game today and when I open it and use the code. Its said error and the error code is
0x80150017.

my Fallout 3 code has expired.

I get error code 80150017 when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code

have contacted Support and done all the things they told me to, still not working, trying to download it on my Xbox 360. i have a

physical copy of Fallout 4 With the code in

Fallout 4 is for Xbox One
Fallout 3 code says it should be available for download on Xbox 360 too
Game Purchased in USA (I Think beacuse code is working in that Region) but i live in sweden.
Have tried to change locale to US, Not working

That error code is in reference to a regional issue. If you haven't had a chance please be sure to run through all the steps in

this troubleshooter.

If you've run through those steps and are still having trouble you'll need to reach out to
Phone/Chat support. They'll be able to best help out with account related issues with redeeming codes. Unfortunately we aren't able to offer replacement codes.
