    Fallout 3 Code Not Showing On 360... Only Xbox One


    I just redeemed the Fallout 3 code that comes with fallout 4 on my account. I don't own an Xbox One I got the code from a friend who does. The paper says it works on 360 and all the promos online for this offer say it does. But when I go to my download history
    it's not there like it usually is when I redeem. I redeemed the code without issue. I contacted support and after over an hour all they could tell me was that the game was on my account but it was showing as an Xbox One only game. I told them it should be
    for 360 as well and they agreed.. yet there was no solution. I tried to get them to give me the game for 360 somehow and they said it was impossible basically.

    So im stuck.. I have already redeemed the code on my account.. yet I can't play the game? Anyone else had this issue? I looked around and it seems everyone was able to redeem this on 360.

    Thanks ahead of time.. Im trying to set up a new 360 for my brother for Christmas so I hope I can figure this out.

    Fallout 3 Backwards Backwards Compability

    Soooo yeah, i have cousin, who bought the Xbox One Fallout Bundle, and he gave the Fallout 3 redeem code card. The thing is i only have a 360, not the One. So i redeemed the code and well it is showing as a Xbox One game... so basically i am left with a
    360 game that plays only on One. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hello! I bought The consol with fallout 4 cd at the time fallout 4 was relesed and I got the code for fallout 3 with it. Fallout 3 is an xbox 360 game from The start could that be a problem trying to download to xbox one?

    Makes no sence selling a box with fallout 4 to xbox one and a redeem code for fallout 3 to xbox 360 😑👈

    Fallout 3 will not show as ready to install on the One yet. The code is for the 360, but the game will be available on the One when backwards compatibility is released.
