I preordered fallout 4 july 1 and was suppose to get free fallout 3 code. I never received the code. could you please send it to me. thank you.

I am still waiting for an answer hope this does not drag on because I do not like dealing with bad service. Pre ordered fallout 4 for x box one and have not received free code for fallout 3 which was part of the promotion.

 

I am still waiting for my code for fallout 3 since I pre ordered fallout 4 no body has replied. This is bad service and Sony treats it's customers better

You have to keep in mind that it is the weekend. A majority of the support staff works normal Monday thru Friday hours. I understand your eager to play Fallout 3 (great game BTW), but just have a little patience. Hopefully tomorrow you'll have a PM from

Just to clarify, when did you pre-order Fallout 4? It can take 7-10 days before you receive your code. When you get a chance, please let us know when you pre-ordered Fallout. Thanks in advance!
