Fallout 3 code not received or erased while updating to NXOE

Like the title says. Got forwarded here from a message on reddit saying you could help me recover my bonus Fallout 3 code I should've gotten with Fallout 4 digital preorder. Many thanks from any help you can give me!

Missing message with FALLOUT 3 game code from fallout 4 PRE ORDER

Hi, I pre ordered Fallout 4 on November 21, 2015. I received fallout 4 and also received fallout 3 game code with my purchase on my inbox messages... The thing is that xbox erased my messages... so I lost my reedem code and cant play!.... I've spoken to
xbox support and they told me to post here for you guys to resend me my fallout 3 code..

I guess I got confused 'cause I bought Divinity original sin more than 10 days ago but only Preorderedfallout 4 9 days ago! My bad!! Thanks for the help!! I'll come back if i don't get it well past the ten days!
