fallout 3 code missed after 30 days

hello. I was out of town for the majority of my 30 day window to redeem my Fallout 3 code. Can you please resend? Thank you. the link provided to resolve this issue gives me an error message.

• Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”
• Date of purchase: “11/9/2015”
• Issue:
  • “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”
  • “The message with my Fallout 3 code has expired.”
• [I don't recall receiving the message but since it has been more than 30 days I could have missed it and the message may have expired]
