Fallout 3 code lost due to arcane Xbox One messaging system

It can take up to 10 days to receive the Fallout 3 code. The promotion is valid through February, so if you bought digitally you should be receiving the code as an Xbox Live message in due course. When that message arrives, simply redeem it to begin downloading
Fallout 3.

According to the game page for Fallout 4:

"Through February 8, 2016, purchase Fallout 4 and receive Fallout 3 on Xbox 360. The code for Fallout 3 will be delivered to your Xbox message center in 7-10 days. Redeem your code on Xbox One or Xbox.com. Fallout 3 will be backward compatible so you can
play it on Xbox One starting November 12."

When I got my code it was sent via a Xbox Live Message; so make sure to check your messages. If you didn't get the code you should contact Xbox support.

Hey there, holm3sy1984! If you bought the physical copy of Fallout 4 and there is no Fallout 3 code in there, you will want to go back to the retailer. The only Fallout 3 codes that we give here are when users purchased the game through the Xbox One Store
and was sent a code through the message center. Thanks for understanding!
