Fallout 3 code loss

I had pre-ordered fallout 4 and received a code for fallout 3. I did not use the code quick enough and the message disappeared. Xbox support told me to write my concern here. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Usually, Xbox Live messages cannot be retrieved once they have been deleted. Also remember that they expire after 30 days.

A member of the Xbox Forums Support team will reply here shortly to help get your code back though (but I can't promise that you'll get a new code/a reminder of your old code).
