Fallout 3 code included with fallout 4 (physical copy)

I was trying to redeem the code for fallout 3 which was included with my fallout 4 on both my xbox one and xbox.com however it came up with an error and could not redeem.

Missing Fallout 3 code

hi,

I bought fallout 4 (physical copy). On the box I states free fallout 3 included and the game hub says fallout 3 free to those who buy fallout 4 all thru till Feb. So,my copy didn't have a code inside or ny leaflets etc. Has some one any idea if or hen I
get this code?

Did you purchase the physical copy of Fallout 4? The code for Fallout 3 will be inside the case!

I'm guessing you have double checked the code already, so your best bet would be to search the error code list on xbox.com and see what code you are experiencing. That should help determine how you need to proceed. Click on Support in the bar at the top
of the screen and select Error and Status Code Search. Best of luck with your download!

Fallout 3 code just says 'something went wrong' every single time.

Hey everyone!

Could each of you try those codes on the
Redeem Code page on Xbox.com? If you receive an error, you should see something similar to '0x00000000'. If not, go ahead and copy/paste the entire error you see and we'll do our best to point each of you in the right direction.

Having this problem, contacted live support who directed me here. I was told that I can't use the code on the website, nor on an xbox one - it has to be on a 360? Only problem with that is, I don't have an xbox 360.

She then goes to say to post here to be told how I can redeem my code using the website. HELP!

for "Fallout 3" packed in-box. For digital copies of "Fallout 4," the "Fallout 3" game code will be delivered separately within 7-10 days to the user’s Xbox Messenger center.
