Fallout 3 code. Help.

i preordered fallout 4 and did not redeem the code for fallout 3 due to thinking that fallout 3 was only for xbox 360 until i recently learned that the xbox one is now backwards compatible now. after 30 day my messages were delete and i need help getting
the code to get fallout 3. any help would be appreciated.

I ordered Fallout 4 on July 14th but still haven't received a code for Fallout 3. Can anyone help out?
