Fallout 3 Code has already been used?

Hi all,

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and got the Fallout 3 code in my inbox shortly after. I was busy playing other stuff at the time, so I just had the code sit in my inbox until the other day when I went to go redeem it and says the code has already been used? Did
they send me a faulty code?

Where did you purchase Fallout 4? If you bought the disc version of Fallout 4 and the Fallout 3 code has already been used, unfortunately we won't be able to replace the code.

Is it possible another user on your Xbox One redeemed the code or was signed in when you redeemed the code?

 

No, I am the only user of my console

Odd that it's showing as used, is it possible you shared the code with a friend or use your profile on their console and they saw the message? I'm afraid we don't have any additional codes to provide.

I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up
anywhere on my console...
