Fallout 3 code for preordering Fallout 4

I have yet to recieve a code, and I preordered the game 2 weeks prior to its release! Tried calling customer support but was stuck on the phone for hours. Please help!

Can you clarify where you pre-ordered the game? Did you pre-order the game from a retailer such as GameStop or did you purchase it from the Xbox Store?

I preordered the game from Gamestop, but redeemed the code on the Xbox. It sat in my queue/games and apps for a week or 2 with the words "Pre-Ordered" on the thumbnail.

When I called Gamestop, I waited almost 6 hours for the lady to tell me to call Microsoft. Then I called Microsoft, and waited another 6 hours for them to tell me to wait and itll show up within 90 days.
