Hello, the message center deleted my download code for Fallout 3 on Xbox One which I received for digitally pre-ordering Fallout 4 on Xbox live from Live store. Could you please help retrieve the code so I can download now?

Issue: I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 19 calendar days.

I received the digital code for Fallout 3 following my purchase of Fallout 4. The message has expired and I didn't use the code.
