Fallout 3 code error.

Hi, my gamertag is and I just finished a chat with a MS support member who linked me to this thread regarding a code I have for Fallout 3 that cannot be redeemed. If you could get back to me with a new code that I can redeem that would be perfect.

Fallout 3 Code not working

Promotion name: “Free Fallout 3 code with digital purchase of Fallout 4”

Date of purchase: “[21/12/2015]”

Issue: “I get error code [ 0x80150017] when I try to redeem my Fallout 3 code.”

I just purchase this new game today and when I open it and use the code. Its said error and the error code is
0x80150017.

 

The problem of the activation code game

Region is correct . Fallout 4 code was activated well . Fallout 3 gives this error .

 

What error message/error code do you see when you try redeeming the code?

 

Hi, so sorry for the extremely late reply... the notification email went to my spam folder aha.

The error code I receive is - Xbos-0x80153016 4d6c5ea2-647e-49fd-839f-070f53b91be6 - both on PC and my Xbox One's.

You need to match your account region to your actual region

Your can change it at my account and change my y region at this website

If you do not live in an xbox live country you cannot get it

So I made sure that my region was Australia, the same that the game was purchased in that came with this code, and then tried redeeming it again. On the PC I received the same error code and on Xbox was faced with a new one - GN9i2F+wjkma3c5G.32.3 - tried
looking it up myself but no results were shown.

This is so weird haha...
