Fallout 3 Code does not work

Hi,

I bought an xbox pack with fallout 3 and 4.

I got fallout 3 with a code. When I try on a pc I got this error

and on xbox the error start with xbox-4000

Fallout 3 code

my Fallout 3 code does not work, it came as a leaflet with my Fallout 4 disc copy, but the code does not work

Bought fallout 4 that came with the fallout 3 downloadable content for free but the code does not work , can I have a new code that will work , thanks

 

Does your account region match your actual region if no that would be why

Your account region must reflect your actual region

You must use the region migration tool in this website under account and change my region

Please note you must live in an xbox live country or don't use the tool you will lose your membership if you migrate to an non xbox live region

After changing your region you must change the console region to match

If you don't live in an xbox live region there is nothing you can do.
