Fallout 3 code dissapeared from my messages

Hello, I pre ordered fallout 4 a few months back and received my fallout 3 code. The problem is that with the new update that occured on the 12th, all of my old messages we're wiped. Is there a way to get my code back?

So i preordered Fallout 4 and received a message from xbox with my Fallout 3 code, i wasn't able to redeem this code, and after a few days, the message dissapeared from leaving me without the game, i really want to play it right now because of the retrocompatibility

How do i get this fixed?

 

No Fallout 3 Redeem code

Hi! I bought Fallout 4 preorder on 28/09/15 and received a message with a redeem code. I tried to redeem it from the xbox by clicking on the "Redeem now" option in the message, but got an error. I decided to wait for a day or two, but then the message dissapeared
and now I can't download my copy of fallout 3.

The new update shouldn't have wiped your messages. Doing a bit of research on the net, there doesn't seem to be anyone else reporting their messages disappearing. Please try refreshing your dashboard, hold both trigger buttons and Y at the same time. (LT+RT+Y)
