Fallout 3 Code Disappeared from Messages before NXE Update

Hey, I Pre-Ordered Fallout 4 on 9/23, and received my message containing the code several days later. However, apparently in error, I waited for compatibility to be released and the message is now gone, deleted either by the NXE update or by passage
of time(?). Support said to post here for aid.

Fallout 4 pre order lost code

I pre ordered Fallout 4 and received a code to download Fallout 3 for Xbox one in a message. However the message has since disappeared along with the code before i used it. How can i retrieve this?

 

Reddeem Xbox game

When I purchased fallout 4 for the Xbox one Xbox sent me a message saying that you purchased fallout 4 and that to click on the message to redeem the code for fallout 3 and before I could redeem the code the message disappeared so I cloudnt redeem the code.
