Fallout 3 code already redeemed

    I received my fallout3 code from my fallout4 pre-order today. When I attempt to redeem it I am told it's already redeemed. How do I get this addressed please?

    If you are receiving a message saying that your Fallout 3 code has already been redeemed, you can verify if you have already redeemed Fallout 3 by going to the Fallout
    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Give the suggested steps a try and be sure to let us know the results. Thanks in advance!

    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.

    Fallout 3 code already redeemed

    I discovered the answer to my problem. I had indeed already redeemed the code, I got it with the pre-order in July, I had just forgotten. I shouldn't have gotten it again, and the error message is a little misleading Fallout 3 code already redeemed :)

    I just received my code yesterday. I preordered on 8/4. I have not redeemed my code and I am receiving the same error message.

    Strange. I don't remember redeeming the code, but it is showing as Already Purchased. Thanks!

    If you already redeemed the code that came in the Fallout 4 case on Xbox.com, Fallout 3 should appear in your 'Ready to install' list. Make sure you're signed into the profile that originally redeemed the code! :)
