Fallout 3 Backwards Backwards Compability

Soooo yeah, i have cousin, who bought the Xbox One Fallout Bundle, and he gave the Fallout 3 redeem code card. The thing is i only have a 360, not the One. So i redeemed the code and well it is showing as a Xbox One game... so basically i am left with a
360 game that plays only on One. Is there a way to fix this?

I pre-ordered Fallout 4 and was promised a code for fallout 3 backwards compability on xbox one. I do not believe I recieved it, even when checking my old messages I could not find the code a friend had mentioned he recieved. Is there a way I can get the
download for fallout 3 to appear in my games and apps?

Check your download history it should be right there download from there

 

Yes, but the game isn't shown there. The only place where i can see that i own it is under Profile > My Games. And it shows in the upper section of Xbox One games, not with the lower section where all the 360 games are listed.

 

The game is designed to use the xbox one system specializations. You need a xboxone to use it
