Fallout 1st Not Working on Xbox One?

The link Jesse gave you is for the XBox version, this one is for XBox Game Pass on PC:

Note the (Windows), that's the difference.

I have only redeemed one Survival Bundle, and that was for Xbox. The other code was for 1 month of Fallout 1st, also for Xbox, and that is the one I have trouble with redeeming. I have never subscribed or bought Fallout 1st Membership before.

EDIT: As of 03/24/2022, it is fixed when using the Xbox for Windows PC app, just search for Fallout 1st. You can now click "join" for Fallout 1st monthly or annually and it immediately syncs FO 1st benefits with the Xbox Windows Fallout 76 app.

I paid for this membership, "Fallout 1st (Windows) — Fallout 1st (Windows) – One-Month Membership" through the website link and waited for 7 days. My Xbox for Windows PC Fallout76 did not have 1st benefits enabled after waiting and checking daily for 7 consecutive days.

1. I filed tickets with XBox support, and nothing was done. They said they can only refund it, but they could not fix it.
   
2. I filed tickets with Bethesda.net support (a subsidiary of Microsoft), and nothing was done. Bethesda said file a ticket with Xbox support.
   
3. I posted on Reddit Fallout76 subforum, and nothing was done.
   

Can someone at Microsoft help?

You are losing between $12.99 monthly or $99.99 annually in revenues by doing nothing about this. Multiplied out by the number of players wishing to pay you, this is a lot of losses in revenues.

Please check if the subscription is showing up on your Xbox console, please follow the steps below:

"Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions."

Once confirmed, we may need to remove and re-add your account.

" REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

Yes with expiration date. Did everything above and nothing happened?
